What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from the date your item is delivered to request a return.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number in your return package and indicate whether you would like store credit or a refund to your original payment method.
Items must be:
• Unworn and unused
• Smoke-free
• In original packaging with tags attached
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Do you offer exchanges?
Due to limited quantities, we do not offer exchanges.
If you need a different size or color, please place a new order once your return is processed.

Original shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an error is confirmed on our end.

Promo codes must be applied during checkout.

When will my order ship?
Orders ship within 24 hours of purchase unless it’s a an embroidery or graphic( excluding weekends).
Orders placed over the weekend will ship Tuesday.
Store Pickup Info
Why can’t I choose my preferred pickup location?
Pickup locations are based on inventory availability. If an item is only in stock at one location, that store will automatically be assigned at checkout. If both locations have inventory, you will be able to select your preferred pickup location.
Can I request my order be transferred to another location?
Yes, transfer requests may be submitted via email after your order is placed. Transfers are not guaranteed and are completed once per week, so same-day or next-day pickup is not available. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup at the new location.
When will my pickup order be ready?
Pickup orders are typically ready the same day unless the item is a preorder, embroidered, or graphic item.
You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.
Pickup orders must be collected within 180 days of purchase.
